Jennifer Neppel is the Director of Cash and Investments for Catholic Health Initiatives. She is responsible for the management, operations and monitoring of the centralized investment pools for operating, insurance and pension funds with aggregate assets of approximately $11 billion. In addition, Jennifer has responsibility for the national cash management program. Jennifer serves as the Chair of the CHI Defined Contribution Plans Investment Committee and is a member of the CHI Foundation Board. She also manages the Direct Community Investment Program which provides loans to nonprofit organizations serving low-income individuals and communities.
Jennifer received a bachelor’s of business administration in information management from the University of North Dakota and a masters of science in finance from the University of Colorado at Denver. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Cash Manager. Prior to joining Catholic Health Initiatives, Jennifer was the Manager, Cash Management for Oppenheimer Funds. Jennifer also held various finance positions at First Interstate Bank of Denver which later merged to form Wells Fargo.
