Paul W. Edgett III
Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer
Paul Edgett is responsible for framing the strategic direction of CHI and building CHI resources through strategic planning, strategic transactions, management of JOA/JV investments and strategic partnerships. Paul was Senior Vice President of Network Services with a CHI predecessor, then Executive Vice President of Growth & Business Development for CHI, and has excelled in his role as Executive Vice President and CSO since 2016.
Previously, Paul was senior vice president of St. Vincent Health System, Little Rock, Arkansas, and president for Methodist Hospitals of Dallas in Texas. He has also worked for Voluntary Hospitals of America in Irving, Texas, and for Humana, Inc. in Mt. Prospect, Illinois.
Paul holds an MBA from the University of Colorado.
