KentuckyOne Health Partners Achieves CAPG “Elite 5-Star” Status
KentuckyOne Health Partners (KHP), the state’s largest accountable care organization, was recognized with Elite 5-Star status from CAPG, a professional association for accountable physician groups. KHP is one of only 87 organizations nationwide to receive the Elite honor in 2017. This status is earned through participation in CAPG’s Standards of Excellence Survey, which assesses the delivery of accountable and value-based care.
KAPH, the largest Medicare-certified Accountable Care Organization (ACO) in Kentucky, manages the only Kentucky-based hip and knee episode program, and in 2017 became a Medicare Next Generation ACO. KAPH has been recognized three times among “100 Accountable Care Organizations to Know” by Becker’s Hospital Review and is considered to be one of the 15 largest ACOs in the country.
