Good Samaritan Hospital Recognized for High-Value Health Care
TriHealth’s Good Samaritan Hospital, Cincinnati, OH, received a Citation of Merit from the 2017 QUEST® Awards for High-Value Healthcare from Premier Inc., a health care improvement company. Only 63 hospitals (out of 319 eligible) received a Citation of Merit for top performance in at least four of six areas measured, which include cost and efficiency, evidence-based care, mortality, safety, patient and family engagement, and appropriate hospital use.
