CHI Health at Home, the national home health provider for CHI, has 16 home care agencies in the 2017 HomeCare Elite, a recognition of excellence from the National Research Corporation and DecisionHealth. HomeCare Elite annually identifies the top 25% of all Medicare-certified agencies across in the country, as well as the top 100 and top 500. Of the 9,064 agencies considered, only 2,268 are recognized as HomeCare Elite for 2017.
