CHI Health at Home Achieves Accreditation with ACHC

CHI Health at Home was approved for accreditation status by the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) for home care, home infusion, home respiratory care, and hospice services. Accreditation by ACHC reflects an organization’s dedication to meeting standards that facilitate a higher level of performance and patient care.

CHI Health at Home, based in Milford, OH, offers five unique services: home care and supplemental staffing, hospice, home respiratory care, home infusion therapy and medical transportation.
