CHI Health at Home was approved for accreditation status by the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) for home care, home infusion, home respiratory care, and hospice services. Accreditation by ACHC reflects an organization’s dedication to meeting standards that facilitate a higher level of performance and patient care.

“We are very excited about our new partnership with ACHC,” said Judy Schuler, chief clinical officer for CHI Health at Home. “Their standards ensure the best out of providers and will play a key role in our continued efforts to improve operations and enhance the high level of care we give to every patient we serve.”

CHI Health at Home, based in Milford, OH, offers five unique services: home care and supplemental staffing, hospice, home respiratory care, home infusion therapy and medical transportation. The service lines work together to form one continuous approach to health and wellness. CHI Health at Home has more than 50 locations throughout nine states.
