CommonSpirit Health will perform most health care operational functions on behalf of or in collaboration with CHI, Dignity Health, and Dignity Community Care. As a system of health care providers, we work towards improving health care by leveraging expertise and data in a single Organized Health Care Arrangement (OHCA) under HIPAA.
