Pension Resource Center Provides 24-hour Access to Retirement Plan Information


Employees who participate in the Catholic Health Initiatives Retirement Plan now have 24-hour access to complete information about the plan and their retirement benefits through the Catholic Health Initiatives Pension Resource Center. The Pension Resource Center, established through a partnership with Hewitt Associates, a leading benefits administration provider, is available via the Internet or telephone. Employees can log on to the Your Benefits Resources™ Web site (http://resources.hewitt.com/chi) 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Employees can also call the Catholic Health Initiatives Pension Resource Line (1-888/450-9450) to perform automated transactions and request information via an automated interactive voice response (IVR) system. These services are available 24 hours a day Monday through Saturday and after noon, Central Time, on Sunday. In addition, employees can call the Pension Resource Line to speak with pension specialists from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Time, Monday through Friday, except on holidays.
