Interim chief executive officers named in North Dakota
James Cherveny has been named interim chief executive officer at Mercy Medical Center, Williston, N.D. He has more than 30 years of experience in health care and served as senior vice president and chief operating officer for acute care for St.Mary’s/Duluth Clinic Health System. Cherveny has a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from Drake University, Des Moines, Iowa, and a master’s degree in hospital and health administration from the University of Iowa.
Marshall Stenslie has been named interim chief executive officer at Carrington Health Center, Carrington, N.D. He joined Carrington Health Center in September 1980 and most recently served as executive vice president. He is a graduate of the hospital executive development program at Saint Louis University in St. Louis, Mo.
