Tomlon named to lead Good Samaritan Health Systems in Kearney
Kenneth Tomlon has been named president and chief executive officer of Good Samaritan Health Systems, Kearney, Neb. He joins Good Samaritan from St. Mary’s Hospital and Medical Center in Grand Junction, Colo., where he was executive vice president and chief operating officer. He has also served as chief executive officer for Mercy Medical Center, Denver, Colo., and as associate executive director/chief operating officer of St. Luke’s Medical Center/Presbyterian Aurora Hospital, Aurora, Colo. Tomlon holds a master’s degree in health administration from the University of Colorado Health Science Center in Denver and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Arizona in Tucson. He also served in the United States military and earned an honorable discharge as a first lieutenant.
