Service Excellence Telephone Forums Scheduled for August


In September 1999, Franciscan Health System, Tacoma, Wash., became the first market-based organization to launch Catholic Health Initiatives’ service excellence initiative to improve patient, physician and employee satisfaction. Now, two of its hospitals are in the top ten for patient satisfaction.

During August, key members of the service excellence team at Franciscan Health System will share their insights into creating a measurable impact on satisfaction during a one-hour national telephone forum. The team will be joined by Lolma Olson, president of Sage Consulting, Catholic Health Initiatives’ consultant of choice for service excellence.

Catholic Health Initiatives’ Customer and Market Strategy Team encourages all interested representatives of any market-based organization to participate in one of the three telephone forum sessions. The sessions will be held:
