Macmanus Named Chief Information Officer


Christopher Macmanus has been appointed senior vice president for information technology and chief information officer for Catholic Health Initiatives effective February 1, after serving in this role on an interim, contractual basis through First Consulting Group since September 2000.

Prior to joining Catholic Health Initiatives, Macmanus led the health delivery consulting practice of First Consulting Group in the New England area. He has more than 24 years of experience as a consultant and chief information officer with organizations such as Mallinckrodt, Inc., and Barnes Hospital (now Barnes Jewish Hospital) in St. Louis, Mo.; Beth Israel Hospital in Boston, Mass.; and Johns Hopkins Health System of Baltimore, Md. He will be located in the Denver office.
