Cincinnati office helps Habitat for Humanity
Thirty staff members from Catholic Health Initiatives’ Cincinnati office spent a day putting the finishing touches on three newly constructed homes on the city’s east side as part of a project sponsored by Habitat for Humanity. The purpose of the project is to make the dream of home ownership a reality for families that cannot otherwise afford to purchase a new home. The future home owners commit time and effort to helping build the homes as part of the purchase agreement, working side by side with volunteers from organizations like Catholic Health Initiatives. Three families are scheduled to move into the new Habitat for Humanity homes in Cincinnati by Christmas.
