Centura Enters Exclusive Negotiations for Former St. Anthony Campus
Centura Health entered into exclusive negotiations for the purchase and sale of the former campus of St. Anthony Central Hospital. The hospital closed its doors after 119 years on June 17, 2011, and moved to a new facility on the St. Anthony campus in Lakewood, CO. In the coming weeks, EFG Brownfield Partners will begin engaging the community in development of a plan for the 18.85-acre campus. St. Anthony Hospital associates and physicians still provide primary care, cardiac rehab, outpatient rehab, specialty clinics and radiation therapy on the St. Anthony Central campus. Some of these services will transition to the new St. Anthony campus in early 2012.
