St. Vincent First to Offer Imaging System for Treating Arrhythmia

Little Rock, AR

The Jack Stephens Heart Center at St. Vincent Infirmary Medical Center is the first hospital in Arkansas to provide an advanced imaging technology used in treating cardiac arrhythmias, or irregular heart rhythms. The three-dimensional imaging system enables St. Vincent cardiologists and electrophysiologists to quickly and accurately view the anatomy of a patient's heart. This is especially useful in the treatment of atrial fibrillation, the most common type of irregular heart rhythm. For more information, contact Margaret Preston, mpreston@stvincenthealth.com.
