Failing Chosen to Lead North Dakota Health Care Facilities
Catholic Health Initiatives has named Richard Failing to serve as chief executive officer for its health care facilities in Carrington, Lisbon, Oakes and Valley City, N.D., effective June 1. Failing, who has 20 years of health care management experience, was most recently chief executive officer and administrator of Kittson Memorial Healthcare Center in Hallock, Minn. He holds a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Central Michigan University. The decision to name a single chief executive officer for Carrington Health Center, Lisbon Area Health Services, Mercy Hospital-Valley City and Oakes Community Hospital was approved by the Board of Directors at each facility.
