Northern Kentucky Office a “Best Place to Work”
Michael Fordyce, chief administrative officer of Catholic Health Initiatives, accepts the award.
The Northern Kentucky office of Catholic Health Initiatives has been named a “Best Place to Work in Kentucky” in a competition founded by the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management, the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, Best Companies Group and Business First magazine. The office is one of 15 medium-sized Kentucky workplaces (25 to 199 employees) to be honored in the first annual competition. The competition is designed to motivate Kentucky companies to focus, measure and move their work environments toward excellence. The Northern Kentucky office was selected for the award based on assessment of its policies and procedures and the results of an employee survey. The award was officially presented at a luncheon held March 23 in Lexington, Ky.
