Market-based Organizations Support Children's Health Matters
Forty-five Catholic Health Initiatives facilities recently responded to Children's Health Matters' annual survey on efforts to enroll children in free and low-cost health insurance programs, an increase of more than 50 percent from a year ago. Children's Health Matters will use the survey responses to develop its annual report for 2003, which will be published this spring.
"I would like to thank every facility that responded to the Children's Health Matters Survey," said Kevin E. Lofton, FACHE, president and chief executive officer of Catholic Health Initiatives. "Thank you for all your work and for making sure that Catholic Health Initiatives is well-represented in outreach and legislative advocacy efforts on behalf of children."
