Catholic Health Initiatives Announces Patient Satisfaction Leaders


Catholic Health Initiatives has announced the market-based organizations that were the system’s top performers in customer satisfaction during the 2003 fiscal year.

"The top performers are market-based organizations that scored significantly higher than the system average in overall satisfaction," said Susan Allmond, director of customer loyalty measurement for Catholic Health Initiatives. "These organizations go out of their way to make service excellence a priority."

Mercy Hospital in Valley City, N.D., leads the list of 18 top-performing market-based organizations for fiscal year 2003. Catholic Health Initiatives also recognized CARITAS Health Services, Louisville, Ky., as the market-based organization that showed the most improvement in overall satisfaction during the fiscal year.

"Catholic Health Initiatives congratulates all of the employees and associates of these market-based organizations," said Allmond. "They each play a critical role in providing exemplary service to those who entrust their health care to us."
