Dear Catholic Health Initiatives Family:

It is with sincere regret that the Board of Stewardship Trustees of Catholic Health Initiatives has accepted the decision of Patricia A. Cahill, Esq., to retire as president and chief executive officer.

When Catholic Health Initiatives was formed, it was very clear to the Board that Pat was the right person to lead this pioneering new organization in its formative years. Since March of 1996, Pat has embraced this organization with passion and devotion.

It has been a wonderful experience for all of us to work with and to know her. We will always appreciate the talents, energy, dynamic leadership style and sense of humor that Pat has brought to her position. Her integrity and uncompromising fidelity to Catholic Health Initiatives’ mission and vision have been fundamental in establishing the organization and advancing it to its current level of success and maturation. Without question, one of her greatest achievements is the team of experienced and dedicated executives she has assembled to help lead Catholic Health Initiatives.

Many of you will have the opportunity to speak to Pat in person during the next few months. When you do, please join the Board and me in thanking her for an extraordinary seven years and in wishing her many years of happiness in her future journeys. She will always be a part of Catholic Health Initiatives and every one of us.
