Diverse Agenda Featured at National Leadership Conference

Catholic Health Initiatives 2002 National Leadership Conference, to be held September 17—19 at the Northern Kentucky Convention Center in Covington, Ky., presents opportunities to advance the organization’s core strategies of quality, people, growth and performance. For example, in addition to hearing inspiring keynote speakers, attendees will be able to select from a variety of breakout sessions on leading practices in clinical excellence, operational performance and governance. "The National Leadership Conference is an opportunity to strengthen bonds with your colleagues and expand awareness of opportunities and challenges for the Catholic health ministry, especially those related to clinical excellence," said Patricia A. Cahill, Esq., president and chief executive officer of Catholic Health Initiatives. By attending the conference, participants can engage in dialog about:
  • Opportunities and challenges in clinical excellence.
  • The Catholic Health Initiatives vision for healthy communities.
  • New insights and practical ideas to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Sources of renewal and inspiration.
Additional conference highlights include shared meals, receptions and rituals; the opportunity to sing with the Catholic Health Initiatives Chorale; and a tour of the Northern Kentucky office. The National Leadership Conference is designed for market-based board, executive and physician leaders and key national staff. Spouses, whom Catholic Health Initiatives considers to be "professional partners," are invited to participate fully in all educational sessions and conference activities.
